On the way to drop M off at her "school" she said her first real sentence:
M: Mer-eet go koooool now.
Me: What did you say? (as I got whiplash looking over my shoulder)
M: Mer-eet go koooool now.
Me: Did you just say "Meryt goes to school now?"
M: *laughs and claps hands* YES! *laughs*
Made the teacher in this mommy proud.
OMG, that's awesome Natalie!
ReplyDeleteOh, good girl! What a smarty. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a great first sentence! She must be so excited about school.
ReplyDeleteOh that's just awesome! WTG, M!
ReplyDeleteOMG! Yay! What a sentence!
ReplyDeleteOMG, I never knew I could be so excited about another mother's child speaking her first sentence. Indeed, makes a mommy-teacher proud. :)
ReplyDeleteOh hush, I know I'm suppose to be asleep at this hour. But my body and mind won't cooperate.
She must have a phenomenal teacher!
