I've spent the better part of the day working on a completely adorable polka dotted apron for the my friend who is a caterer. I'm lucky enough to be able to help her out sometimes. She's also my co-teacher for Sunday School. I sure did want to take it to her in the morning, but I'm just too tired to stay up and finish it tonight. I'll finish it up tomorrow and take pictures to show you. I might use the same pattern with some funky fabric to sell at the craft show in October.
I'm heading off to the Land of Nod where dreams do not include slight burns from the iron, missed stitches and much ripping and resewing.

Well, I'm obviously too late. I was out of town. You picked the winner too soon! Funny that you're appliqueing (sp)! I just did an app "d" on a shirt for my nephew. I need to get some pointers from you, though. Cute towel!!
