How in the world do I stop the weirdo comments that have started arriving the past few months? They link back to websites, not to actual blogs. I don't want to have to go private. Any suggestions? I'd hate to shut this down, but I don't like the

I don't get those anymore since putting the disqus comment system thingy on my site. They automatically block them. (Plus, there is the added benefit of being able to reply to the comments via e-mail)
How are you getting weirdo comments when you have the word verification thing? Blogger needs to look at this....

i noticed that... kinda strange.
I've noticed that blogger does spam filtering now and when I checked my spam folder I had a few of those weirdo comments like yours. Maybe you need to notify blogger so they can update their spamlog or whatever.
