Encouragement Needed

I haven't done my Miracle Mile in two days. My poor old leg muscles ache! I really do intend to get back on the walking trail (IE: my living room floor with the fan in high speed and my walking instructor on the television) tomorrow. I just needed a few days off. Please send encouraging thoughts my way!

Sending lots of encouragement your way! Here's a great big ol' pep talk...you can do it, girl!! You've done great so far and you deserve a break. I don't think you're even supposed to workout every day of the week, are you?

Every day is a chance to begin again and you should never beat yourself up when you think you fall short. That applies to all aspects of life including exercise.

About exercise, if your body says no, you should listen. Now, if it's all in your mind...get off your tush and walk! (That's said in fun and love and as just a little nudge.) :)

You can do it! Your muscles are telling you to take a breather, but getting them stretched out again will help them feel better.
