Delicious Recipe

Raspberry/Banana Smoothie

1/2 c. frozen raspberries
1 small banana (or 1/2 large)
2/3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
1/2 c. ice
2 tablespoons fat free vanilla yogurt
3 tablespoons wheat germ
1 tablespoon honey

Mix all together in blender and blend until smooth.

THIS IS AWESOME. M and I love it. I get most of it and give her a little taste every morning. I don't usually fill up when I drink something for a meal (slimfast, for example), but this fills me up and satisfies me.

Yummy! I want a blender/smoothie maker so bad...I think we'll be making a trip to the thrift store this weekend. :o)
